After a storming performace on the Bohemia stage at last year's Sonisphere UK festival, ALESTORM has been invited to return for the 2012 edition of the festival! UK & Ireland Tour over - THANKS ALL!

Greetings everyone!

The UK & Ireland tour is finally over! It's been an amazing couple of weeks, but now we are back home. Thanks to everyone who came to the shows; this was HUGE beyond our wildest expectations. Unbelievably we managed to SELL OUT 7 of the 16 venues, in Plymouth, Bristol, Southampton, Glasgow, Brighton, Wolverhampton and London.

Special thanks to our brothers and sisters in alcohol abuse from CLAIM THE THRONE and DARKEST ERA - it wouldn't have been half as fun without you guys!

Only 2 shows left in 2011!

So the USA and European tours, as well as the fantastic show in Russia, are finally over! It's been an amazing year, but we're not done yet. I just wanna remind you all that we've got 2 gigs left in 2011: co-headlining the Frostrock festival in Belgium on December 3rd, and of course the show at the legendary Eindhoven Metal Meeting in the Netherlands on December 16th!

We'll be back on the road in 2012 again, kicking off the year with a show on the 70000 Tons of Metal Cruise in the Caribbean (ahoy pirates!), and then even more touring after that. We'll be announcing some cool shit soon, so keep your eyes peeled and your ears to the ground! See ya soon.

Hey there dudes. It's less than a month until Alestorm heads back to the USA and Canada (and Mexico as well!) for a badass tour supporting Kamelot. Also playing will be Canadian heroes Blackguard and The Agonist. Will you be there?

A few of the shows are headliner dates where Kamelot doesn't play (Charlotte, Buffalo, Ottawa, London, Tulsa, and Tampa), so head down to those if you wanna see us playing an extended set with more ridiculous drunken debauchery!

For those who don't know, "I am a Cider Drinker" is a cover of a song by The Wurzels, an english Scrumpy n' Western band. And of course "You are a Pirate"... well... the less said about that the better :P.
